Mu'ngstint the Drainfly

Story

The Drainfly that lives in the walls of your house, and occasionally comes out to cause shenanigans. She speaks no English, only communicating in the Fly-morph tongue of Chitterspeech. Her name is something akin to Mu'ngstint, you think..., your Chitterspeech is not that fluent, but she seems fine with you calling her Mu.

When you started to speak to her in her native tongue, she declared a war for the supremacy of the crawlspace on you. Your claims of having no interest in the crawlspace fell on deaf ears, with Mu seeming very eager to escalate the conflict. Probably she just wanted an excuse to jump you whenever she feels needy~ Something in her mannerisms tells you she is likely very lonely.

Fights

Mu can be found as a random encounter in the Graveyard, her fight has 2 phases. She is also the tutorial enemy.

Tutorial fight

The Drainfly is the first enemy you encounter in the game, you find her in the Utility Closet by using the 'open the door' option. She is meant as a tutorial encounter. You are unable to leave Your apartment until you have completed this fight.

• To beat: great arch-wizard powers -> Search around -> [Trash-no-sweep] -> swat

• This fight always results in a forced loss

• At the end of this fight you can choose between two adult scenes. 'Get mounted' or 'Get 96ed'.

Graveyard first encounter

The first time you run into this fight, it is unwinnable. After attempting to talk to her, you will gain the Peculiar chittering quest, after that you should flee.

After completing Peculiar chittering an additional chitterspeech menu option is unlocked, allowing you to properly communicate with Mu.

• An addition menu action becomes available if you have Thrash-no-sweep equipped. Using this action win instantly lose the fight.
