You stand within the Dungeon altar, the holding place of the life giving Dungeon core, mother of monster kin. A divine silence permeates the room, and the servants who pass through do so quietly, with their eyes cast downward.

The dungeon core itself, an obelisk standing in the room's centre, is a mass of coiling tendrils, the aspect of the Hougeton. From its base radiate countless veins, flowing through the dungeon's floors and walls, growing the labyrinth ever deeper. As you come closer, you can feel the ancient grimoire hum inside your pocket, eagerly awaiting your command.
