• How to beat: On her 3rd turn, Toeëater deals massive negative life damage, because you normally have a 100% heal to Life damage, the negative damage gets inverted to real damage. To beat her wear the Ring of Undeath to reduce your life resistance. With the ring, keep attacking her till she leaves.

• Beating her will allow you to loot the Snowwyrm gauntlet left in the chest next to her.

Boulevard sewers (simulated)

After completing the her Graveyard fight, you can fight her a second time in the south-east of the Boulevard sewers. This fight uses the simulated combat/sex system. If you don't equip the Ring of Undeath, Toeëater will instantly kill you with her life drain.

Underground North

You can encounter her in the Underground north as an on-map midboss. She will be protecting a Mermaid ring needed to progress. Her fight has two phases. You can negate a large portion of her damage by equipping the Ring of Undeath.
